Hi love, I’m Kitty Winslow.

If you’re here, it probably means you like your stories a little dangerous, a little devastating, and maybe just the tiniest bit horny. Same.

I write fiction that lives at the intersection of desire and unraveling—slow-burn romance tangled in psychological suspense, character-driven chaos, and the kind of twists that leave you clutching your chest and whispering what the actual fuck. My characters are messy, layered, deeply human, and sometimes so familiar it’s a little uncomfortable. They fall in love. They make terrible choices. They carry secrets. And they always, always have something to lose.

I believe in writing people, not just plotlines. My stories dig deep into what shapes a person: the grief they won’t name, the desire they try to silence, the way a seemingly small choice can burn everything down. I love morally complicated love interests, found families with baggage, emotional intimacy that sneaks up on you, and women who are way too smart to be underestimated.

You won’t find perfect heroes here. But if you like slow reveals, hot tension, emotional depth, and a well-placed plot twist that ruins your lunch break—then I think we’ll get along just fine.

When I’m not writing, I’m usually overthinking a character’s childhood trauma, romanticizing thunderstorms, or working through a suspicious number of coffee cups and color-coded playlists. Occasionally I sleep.
